Boxers
Originating from Germany, the Boxer is a stocky dog apart of the Molosser group. Born with floppy ears and a long, sturdy tail (that usually get snipped as a puppy) the Boxer can weigh in at up to 70 pounds. Boxers come in only two colors; Brindle or Fawn. There is no such thing as a Black Boxer, nor is the term White Boxer correct.
White Boxers are still either Brindle or Fawn, just mostly White. White Boxers are not a rare occurrence, 25% of all Boxers are born mostly white. Unfortunately, white Boxers come with a list of health problems, with deafness being the most common. Some make the decision to euthanize these white pups immediately, while others chose to deal with their disabilities.
The personality of a Boxer is hard to ignore. They are happy dogs. They’re filled with energy, very playful, love children, and always seem to be smiling. They can also be great guard dogs, as well as therapy and service dogs. If you’re looking to adopt a Boxer, be prepared to always have a tennis ball dropped in your lap. These dogs need plenty of exercise to prevent destructive behavior.

Photog Makes Whimsical Art With Carpet, Construction Paper and Cat
California photographer Theresa Knudson had an epiphany when her cat Fluffy was sleeping on a blue carpet during a hot day.
“I cut out some construction paper balloons, fish, clouds, etc. and laid them down around him,” Knudson tells The Fluffington Post. “I stood on my sofa and shot from above.”
The rest is Internet history, as the photos have popped up on blogs all over the web. Knudson credits the technique to Jan von Holleben, whom she claims is the master.
